Work Examiner is a client-server application. The client module is installed on employees' computers, while the server module is installed on the manager's or network administrator's computer.
Work Examiner is licensed for each client computer (seat). So, you will need one license per each computer you want to be monitored. Server computer is not licensed.
Terminal servers are licensed by users count, so 'client' = 'user'.

What comes free with the software package?

        - live support via any IM - such as MSN, AOL, Yahoo or Skype
        - remote assistance via any virtual network computing service - such as Remote Assistant, UltraVNC or RealVNC
        - immediate email support - usually within the hour (but always within 1 working day)
        - the latest updates of the current version (2.x)

ATTENTION: While ordering the product on the corresponding page, you must provide your Hardware ID (HID) code. You can find it in the 'License...' page of the WE Server Manager.

Update Policy

Registered users may use the purchased version during their lifetimes free of charge. Also, they have the right to update the current version of the program for free. For example, if you bought version 2.1, you will have the right to update it up to version 2.9 for free. When you buy further versions (3.0+), you will have great discounts - up to 50%.

Educational Discounts

We give the discount of 25% to educational institutions for Standard and Professional editions. Academic edition already includes 25% discount. To get a discount, contact us at sales@workexaminer.com and make sure you specify the full address and name of the educational institution.
