new: Windows UAC support
Many customers are using Windows Vista\7 operational systems (XP\Vista\7) with User Access Control (UAC) enabled. It required o run WE Server Manager As Admin to activate it, or start\stop WE services. Now in build 379 you do not need to run WE modules As Admin, it will be asking for extended admin rights automatically, e.g. when you install clients or stop services

SMTP setting in Server Options now allow to send emails with SSL\TLS support, that is used by gmail.com for example.

fixed: organization units in WE Standard filtering rules
If you select Org Unit (e.g. 'Sales Dep.') in app\web filtering rule - it was not applying to embedded computers\users
