Internet Monitoring
With Internet Monitoring you can find out which one of your employees spends the most amount of time browsing the Internet, what web sites they visit more often and when they do it. Using the report wizard you can flexibly generate Internet usage reports by different criteria. Basing on these data, you can also carry out comparative analysis of your employees' activity in the Internet: what employee or department spends more time using chat rooms and who spends less time doing it.

Object Grouping
To make the customizing and using of Work Examiner more convenient you can arrange such objects as User, Computer, Web Site and Application into groups. Using groups will allow you to set the policies for using Internet and applications more flexibly, and will also help you when you create reports on using the Internet and applications.

Automatic Grouping
Automatic grouping is provided for such objects as Web Site and Application. Basing on the auto grouping rules the objects can be automatically placed into one group or another when they are added to the Work Examiner database. In future the administrator can move a web site or an application to another group. Automatic grouping reduces the cost of total ownership of the system considerably.

Reports Export
Each report created in the system can be exported to various formats. About ten different formats are available for export. Exporting reports allows the managers to view convenient reports about how Internet and applications are used on any computer.

Multi-User Mode
Work Examiner Professional allows several users to work with the console simultaneously from different computers. Access rights can be set for each user, allowing the user to see only the information that he or she has access to. For example, you can set Work Examiner Professional so that every manager can view only the statistics of using the Internet and applications by his employees.

High Performance
