Attendance Tracking

Work Examiner allows you to control the attendance of your employees and their daily, hourly or weekly activity at the computer.

Who comes late for work or leaves early?
Who and when used the computer without proper authorization?

On what days does the employee spend more time at work and what are the days the employee spends less time there?

At what hours is the employees' work the most efficient?

How many hours a week has the employee worked?

The following reports are available in Work Examiner Standard to provide Attendance Tracking:

• Attendance By Weekdays
• Attendance By Days

When you generate a report, the wizard helps you to set its parameters very flexibly. You can set the time interval and specify the lists of users. You can set the entities directly, as well as groups of entities in the lists. Find more details on grouping the entities in the Object Grouping section. In the lists you can specify exceptions - entities or groups of entities that shouldn't be included in the report. The report parameters can be saved as default parameters, which is very convenient when you view the statistics of using the applications from different views.
